Sales Associate
Sales associates work closely with web-based merchants to promote 2000Charge payment solutions and bring in new business. If you are a self-motivated and ambitious then this position is for you! Candidates should have sales experience. Knowledge of the payment processing industry is a plus.
Technical Support
As a technical support represenative you will work closely with new and existing clients to assist them in setting up 2000Charge's payment solutions and services. Candiates for this position should be organized and be able to communicate technical concepts clearly. Basic knowledge of HTML and web programming basics is required.
Customer Support
Customer support represenatives work closely with end-users who have or are trying to make purchases using 2000Charge's payment solutions. This position works closely with the accounting and technical teams to resolve complaints and handle requests. Help desk experience is required. Bilingual English/German is a plus.
Programming and Development
As a developer you will work to improve and expand the existing 2000Charge system to add new features and improve the experience for all clients of 2000Charge. If you are creative and enjoy taking on challenges then this is for you! Candidates should have strong knowledge of ASP, ASP.NET, javascript, and SQL Server 2008.
Accountant
Join the 2000Charge accounting team and work alongside experienced professions to manage the flow of money between banks, 2000Charge, and merchants. Tasks will include maintenance of financial records, generation of reports, and assisting in the payout process.
Marketing Strategist
As a marketing strategist you will work closely with the management team to create and promote the 2000Charge brand to target companies. This position utilizes a variety of mediums from print to social media to capture the target audience. Candidates should be quick and creative thinkers that like to take on new challenges.
